What should I expect when I walk into the studio?

You’ll step into a serene space tailored for transformation. Enter our private Scottsdale setup inside Price Chiropractic. Our space features two premium Balanced Body clinical reformers, allowing for a high quality results. 

What should I wear to my Pilates session?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothes that allow for a full range of motion. For hygiene and safety on the reformers, grip socks are required. We have a selection available for purchase at the studio if needed.

How do intro sessions work?

New clients start with a free intro assessment. This 55-minute consultation allows us to assess your movement patterns and introduce you to the reformer before your first full session.

Why should I try Pilates?

Pilates bridges the gap between fitness and clinical restoration. It builds long-term strength, improves posture, and enhances mobility through controlled, high-quality movement that supports your body for life.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the opening to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session price.

How do session packages work?

Packages offer a preferred rate and are available in bundles of 5 or 10 sessions. They remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used to book any recurring slot through our online portal.

Can Pilates help relieve stress?

Absolutely. By focusing on breathwork and mindful movement, Pilates helps calm the nervous system. You’ll leave the studio feeling mentally cleared, physically aligned, and fundamentally revitalized.

The “Pilates Shake” — how should I feel?

That shake is a sign of deep muscular engagement! Most clients feel energized and 'longer' after a session. We recommend staying hydrated to support the deep muscular restoration achieved on the reformer.

Can I bring a friend for support?

Yes! We love welcoming new faces. You can book a duet session or simply have your friend join our free intro assessment to start your journey together.

Pilates is for everyone—from beginners seeking better posture to athletes looking for stability. Our clinical approach adapts to all levels.

How do I book a session online?

Booking is simple through our secure client portal. Just click 'Book Online', select your preferred session type and time slot, and follow the prompts to confirm your reservation.
